With a BAA from UQAM, Guillaume has accumulated over 12 years of leadership experience. As President, his career reflects a commitment to integrity and perseverance within the complex world of business. Guillaume stands out for his energy, negotiation skills, and ability to realize his vision. His resilience and proactive management have consistently driven his companies toward success. Beyond the professional sphere, Guillaume has a deep love for nature and outdoor activities. Always in search of new experiences, he travels to explore new horizons and appreciate moments of relaxation on the golf course. He is the perfect embodiment of B2R’s spirit of adventure and excellence, proving to be an accomplished leader and a true inspiration to those around him.
Holding a postgraduate degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from UQAM and currently pursuing an MBA, Claudia brings over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur in interior design and business consulting. With a strong background in both business and construction, Claudia specializes in sustainable building practices. Her passion lies in creating a future where innovation and sustainability converge. Recognized for her leadership, communication skills, and proactive mindset, Claudia is highly skilled at identifying and implementing effective solutions to challenges, always with a positive attitude. Outside of her professional life, Claudia is profoundly connected to nature and enjoys hiking, gardening, yoga, and travel, drawing inspiration and a sense of well-being from these activities. Driven by a passion for creativity and continuous learning, Claudia brings a dynamic and innovative mindset that enhances our team.

Since 2012, Guillaume Fauteux, our founder, has acquired solid experience in the industrial and commercial paint sector. In 2018, he founded Enduit Canada, a company dedicated to waterproofing solutions. Thanks to a series of successful projects and steady growth, we’ve been able to broaden our scope and diversify our services while maintaining a high level of quality. Today, our company is known for its expertise, innovation, and commitment to delivering durable and reliable solutions.
A new phase in our development in 2024
Over the years, our passion for innovative roofing solutions has naturally led us to liquid membrane technologies, as we believe in their potential to transform the industry in Quebec. This belief inspired our transition in 2024 to our new identity: B2R.
