Journeyman roofer

Job description

We’re looking for a roofer with a journeyman certificate to join our team on a full-time basis. We specialize in roof repair, restoration and waterproofing. Our company is located in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, but you’ll also be called upon to work anywhere in Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing work in accordance with current standards and regulations
• Clean and prepare surfaces, make repairs as required
• Collaborate with the team of painters who apply liquid membranes to complete projects.

Skills required

• In-depth knowledge of roofing techniques
• Ability to work in compliance with safety standards
• Leadership
• Ability to work in a team

Requirements

• CCQ roofer journeyman credentials absolutely
• Up-to-date WHMIS training
• Training in working at heights an asset
• Ceiling lift and gondola cards an asset
